The above ‘Shloka’ was figuratively an intricate part of the ‘Gurukul’ culture and philosophy and served an indispensable purpose of evoking the spirit of education and learning in its purest form.
IDEAS has adopted this prayer as an inspiration and philosophy for its teaching-learning process. It envisages to function as modern ‘Gurukul’ for design education, where acquiring knowledge and skills shall become ‘passion’ rather than ‘profession’.
IDEAS – Institute of Design Education and Architectural Studies, Nagpur – began its journey in 2009. We are committed to provide unique teaching-learning pedagogy. The institution is administered and nurtured by people having vast experience in academics as well as profession.
IDEAS is committed to inculcate strong professional ethics clubbed with an able school of thought in individuals, so as to play an active role in nation building.
We presently conduct Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) and Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programs. The courses are duly approved by Council of Architecture – New Delhi and State Government of Maharashtra. The institution is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
IDEAS is a joint venture of Swargiya Jagannath Jattewar Shikshan Saunstha and Creative Group.
