We are privileged to introduce one of the most significant programs for the first- year students of IDEAS, envisioned to achieve excellence in communication skills, along with the necessary abilities, while ensuring that they have a strong work ethic as they are aspiring to make it big in the world of global corporate market.
Communication has become an essential skill for the architecture students, as they will be required to communicate their ideas and designs to a wide range of audiences, including clients, peers, professors and construction professionals.
- Design Presentation: Architecture students often need to present their designs, both in a written as well as verbal ways to a variety of audiences. These oral and written presentations need to be clear, concise and at the same time accurately convey the design content.
- Research Skills: Good communication skills plays a vital role in research, as it enables the learner to understand the research question, identify the gaps in existing knowledge and convey the research results effectively and clearly.
- Client Communication: Architects often need to communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to present and explain the design options in the most effective and engaging way.
- Collaboration: Architecture is a classic example of team work where the importance of collaboration is seen. The students need to effectively communicate with the team members to ensure everyone is on the same page and working towards a common goal.
Professionalism: Effective written and spoken communication skills are critical for aspiring architects to demonstrate professionalism and credibility in their field.
Piyali Kanabar
Piyali Kanabar has been in the field of education for 34 Years.
She began her career with teaching in Bhavans, Nagpur at various levels serving the same for 22 years which has given her an opportunity to understand the dynamics of students and teaching- learning process.
Later she established her own academy; So what, A Centre for Excellence through which she caters training in Communication skills, Personality development, interview Skills, Soft Skills at various organisations including industries, companies and colleges. She also provides training in IELTS, GRE etc.
She is also a certified Counselor and guide for students. She’s working in this field since last 12 years.
Parenting and self motivating skills are two of her fortes.
She’s a Toastmaster of Gold level (public speaker and leader).
She’s serving as a coordinator for Social department in PNPS, Nagpur.
She’s a passionate educationist and believes in growth both personally and for her students.
Contributing to the society is her primary motive in life. She’s a core member of India Peace Centre, Nagpur which works for global causes like Environment concerns, Disarmament, Interfaith dialogue etc.
Adapting with change has been her way of working, hence she keeps herself abreast with the changing needs of students as an integral part of the society and professionalism.
Esha Arora
Esha Arora is a First-Generation Entrepreneur successfully running a Soft Skills and Personality Development Training Company in the name of M/S The Formula- Chase Excellence. She shares her journey from being a Biotechnology student from Hyderabad to becoming a renowned Etiquette coach with over 10 years of experience. Currently Esha conducts a variety of training programs to aspiring professionals, working professionals and home makers. During her stint with the corporate, she had the opportunity in imparting soft skills and business communication training for employees and students. While handling these domains, she demonstrated team work, confidence, optimism and composure along with good interpersonal skills.
A science graduate from St. Francis College for Women, Esha is eloquent in presenting seminars and is an expert at encouraging self-examination to determine personal strengths and weaknesses.
Esha has guided the development of a plan designed to motivate the aspirants towards a goal through a validated SMART criterion. She has helped the students identify their goals through self- direction and focus.
Esha believes that to make an efficient thinker and a problem solver, one has to explore, inquire and probe. With the similar vision, she has tried to create a positive bridge between the successful learners at school to later on as they become ready to face the world ahead.

Pooja Agrawal
Pooja Agrawal is a seasoned English language educator with a passion for helping/aiming students succeed.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Science (college topper), Bachelor’s degree in Education (college topper) and a Master’s in English Literature from DHSG Central University, Sagar, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the classroom. With over 15 years of experience in shaping young minds, she has a proven track record of success in improving students’ language skills and building their confidence in speaking and writing. She has a strong grasp of grammar rules making her an expert in the field. In addition, Pooja has a natural talent for teaching soft skills, such as effective communication and presentation skills, making her a valuable asset to any learning environment.
She has been working as an English language faculty at prestigious City Premier College, Nagpur educating graduate students from various streams . She has also trained students preparing for competitive exams like IELTS, CLAT and Banking at institutions like Career Launcher, TIMES ,GeeBee etc.
In 2014, she started PANACHE – The Finishing School in the heart of Nagpur city, providing personalized training programs in Personality Development, Corporate Etiquette, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Attire & Personal Grooming, Dinning etiquette, and more, especially meeting the needs of Professionals, Job Seekers, Entrepreneurs, Brides to be, House-Wives and any other Individual who has the zeal to learn and progress in life.

Shuchi Purohit
Shuchi Purohit is a 21st-century entrepreneur, successfully running her online academy, namely StudyBuzz, and training students in soft skills and psychology niches. She has completed graduate work in subjects such as psychology and English literature and is currently training national as well as international students in her academy. In light of her academic excellence, she received a meritorious position upon her graduation, and currently, she has been delivering research papers amongst the reputed colleges in Nagpur.
Shuchi is pursuing her major in English literature, and her passion for writing and literature proves her to be an astounding academic writer and content creator. She has been writing and producing content for several magazines, assisting students concerning their university documentation, and training them with their communication and personality. Apart from it, she has been a strong proponent of art and culture, with successful training in a classical and traditional dance form (kathak), encompassing various stage performances, competitions, and workshops.
Shuchi believes that a decent academic foundation, a sense of morality, and the confidence to face the world are needed for a person to be successful. She is convinced that aspiring professionals should prioritize a holistic approach to self-development (including physical, mental, social, and spiritual) combined with a disciplined approach to a specific goal to face future challenges efficiently and more effectively.

Yogeshree is an entrepreneur, writer, communication consultant, and seeker of spirituality. Having pursued her PG in Mass Media from India’s Premier J-School, the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi, she is now helping founders, brands, and companies with their content strategies. She strives to create compelling content that engages and converts audiences with every project. She has mastered using the right words to generate leads and drive sales through a 1000-word blog, short product descriptions, a social media ad copy, or a landing page.
With her passion for education, Yogeshree has successfully assisted over 5000+ students with their academic documents for their higher studies abroad. With a following of over 10K on her LinkedIn, she has successfully used her online presence and skillsets to garner leads for her freelance business. Yogeshree enjoys baking, reading, and going for brisk walks in her spare time.
